Approach to connected trend
This was an exercise to unify trend conversations across multiple activities to express how we were beginning to see wardrobes and outfitting evolve as the customer wanted to do more with less. We began creating one COOP wardrobe as opposed to silos of activity based capsules, as we identified duplication across multiple product classes within our assortment. Our final view presented a continuum of activity based outfitting, and key silhouettes were identified, and aligned to the best fit for activity where we saw the item expressed within multiple end uses.
The project expresses two segments of work: 1) A working document to communicate intent to my designers 2) The final trend continuum presented to our buying partners as part of our seasonal creative direction
